May 25, 2003 Lilac Festival

The Lilac Festival is a HUGE street fair on 4th St. SW from noon to 5 p.m.  4th St. is closed to traffic.  It started with a parade at noon.  We were on display at the Mac's store at 518 4th Ave. SW.
